Cuddlings.WORLD Compensation Plan is based on Uni-Level Principals where every individual can easily understand, convey and explain how it works. The primary feature of a Uni-Level compensation plan is the payment of a level commission to all qualifying distributors.

With such Uni-Level plan you can sponsor as many distributors as you like. We however recommend playing it by creating groups of 10 ‘units’ or level groups easing the management of your enterprise.


Anybody at whichever level who is brilliant at what s/he does can be selected at anytime by the Management of the Company to be part of the Masters Team.

S/He will grant the Company free rights to use all videos of their performances and as long as – their video is used by the Company or – they serve the Company by animating events, boot-camps or otherwise required by the Company.

The Masters Team is entitled to a SPECIAL 1% BONUS of the Global Effective Revenue of the Company. Such 1% will be equally shared among the MASTERS.


Three cases are clearly distinguished and result in a differentiated treatment of the retiring intervener:

  1. The retiring intervener handles his retirement in an orderly manner in the discretionary opinion of the Company. Such case result in a 20% of all commissions the intervener would get from his sales and lines if he was still active.

  2. The retiring intervener handles his retirement in a messy manner or criticizes the Company in the discretionary opinion of the Company. Such case result in a 5% of all commissions the intervener would get from his sales and lines if he was still active.

  3. The retiring intervener has committed a fraud or disparaged the Company in the discretionary opinion of the Company. Such case result in the immediate end of all compensations or remunerations the intervener was entitled to.

Basic Rules & Principles

  • The Consumer is considered as a Hugger

  • The Intervener refer to all participants of each level except for the Hugger (Consumer)

  • Each discount is a commission if not cashed by the Intervener

  • All discounts and commissions are cumulative from Top to Bottom

i.e. normally, a Moon Walker selling to a Hugger shall have a 44% discount except if he received this Hugger from one or more intervener who *retired.
